Phurba Doma Sherpa(Sponsor Mr. Sudhir Rai, Darjeeling)
Phurba Doma Sherpa is a resident of Ghoom, Darjeeling. She is the second daughter of Mr. Sherpa. Tragedy struck them on 25th May 2009 when the hills of North Bengal was struck by Aila Cyclone. Phurba Doma lost her mother and her elder sister in the landslide. With valuable support from sponsors MARG had been able to support her in her education.
